I’m Erin! I’m a coffee loving adventurer with a passion for detail and superb organization. Event planning has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. When I was young my mother regularly planned intimate dinners and elaborate parties and I was always nearby watching. Her technique was flawless, everything placed properly, she thought of every detail, down to the flow of the space and how people would gather. She knew just how to create a picturesque gathering so there was no sign of preparation and her system for cleaning up after was effortless. Her execution felt seamless and I loved helping make her magic happen.
My mother was an incredible hostess and she helped shape the inspiration for EMK Events. It was this inspiration that led me to a 15-year career in hospitality, food services, and customer service. All of these pieces joined together to help inspire my love for creating the perfect celebration.
In my spare time, I enjoy bullet journaling, photographing my family, writing, and spending time in the great outdoors with my children. I look forward to hearing how I can take your vision and transform it into an incredible representation of your unique love story.
